Production Worker Job Description
Treeworks of Massachusetts is a High Times Cannabis Cup multi-award winning, premium cannabis brand. We are a rapidly growing, locally owned brand with products on over 300 dispensary shelves, across 5 different product categories.
As a production worker for Treeworks it is your responsibility to perform regular production tasks to completion with a foundation of organization, attention to detail, and cleanliness. This is a role that requires being a team player and the flexibility to shift from one task to another. As a growing company your responsibilities will range from a variety of hands-on tasks to light computer work/data entry.

Your daily job requirements include:
- Follow SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) for production of infused cannabis products
- Work on bottling and packaging production lines
- Maintain a clean work space
- Wear appropriate PPE for each task
- Weigh and record ingredients to recipe specifications in production batch sheets
- Maintain full compliance with the CCC (Cannabis Control Commission) regulations
- Maintain certification of servsafe foodhandler
- Operate, clean, and sanitize hand held, automated, and pneumatic machinery
- Wash dishes with care of glass and to completion
- Package and label all final product with high detail level
- Keep your agent reg card on your person at all times
- Remain focused and task oriented
- Communicate effectively with co-workers
