Job Overview
We are seeking a proactive and dedicated IT Support Specialist (On-site) to provide end-user support and assist with device and system administration in a growing organization. This role works closely with internal IT to ensure reliable day-to-day operations. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work hands-on with a wide range of IT infrastructure components and support a vibrant workplace environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide full end-user support (hardware, software, mobile devices)
- Own onboarding/offboarding (accounts, devices, access)
- Manage and troubleshoot Microsoft 365 (users, licenses, MFA)
- Support and maintain Intune (device enrollment, app deployment)
- Troubleshoot VPN and remote access (Sophos or equivalent)
- Assist in managing file access (file server SharePoint migration)
- Support badge/access systems (UniFi Access)
- Document processes
Requirements
- 2–4 years IT support experience
- Solid Microsoft 365 Entra ID experience
- Experience with device management (Intune preferred)
- Windows mobile troubleshooting
- Basic networking (IP, DNS, VPN basics)
- Ability to work independently without constant direction
