Primary focus is to produce and put out quality work with quantity as well. This job will also give you room to grow into a Foreman position, etc.
To ensure success as a Concrete Finisher, you should exhibit a strong work ethic, have detailed knowledge of Concrete techniques, Great Customer Service with all our clients and be able to operate heavy machinery when required. Ultimately, a top-level Concrete Finisher can expertly install/conduct any Concrete Project that is presented to you. Time Management is very important in this role on how to use the time allotted for the Job.
(During the winter, you will be required in snow removal services)
Concrete Finisher Requirements:
High school diploma or GED.
Valid Drivers License
3 Years Concrete Finishing (Exterior and Interior)
Decorative and Stamped Experience a plus
Epoxy Floors is a Plus
Foundation walls is a Plus
Experience in reading CAD Prints/Dimension Designs
Good communication skills.
Ability to work outside in all weather conditions.
Ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy objects.
SCHEDULE: (Full-Time)
8-10 Hour Shift
Overtime
Monday-Friday/ Saturday if needed or want!!
