Job Description:
- Drive New Partnerships: Identify and cultivate new business opportunities across private practices, specialty networks, clinical groups, and outpatient centers, owning the full partnership cycle from outreach through contract finalization.
- Consult at the Executive Level: Build trusted advisory relationships with medical directors, practice administrators, and financial stakeholders, conducting workflow assessments to uncover administrative bottlenecks, reimbursement friction, and technology gaps.
- Deliver the Full Solution: Articulate the value of an end-to-end practice management suite covering billing administration, clinical coding, receivables management, and workflow automation, backing it up with tailored financial impact presentations.
Requirements:
- 5-10 years of experience within the healthcare landscape, with a strong command of clinical back-office workflows and financial administration.
- At least 3 years in a consultative sales or strategic partnership development role, with a documented history of securing new accounts.
- Executive presence and polished negotiation skills, with the ability to manage multiple client opportunities through the pipeline simultaneously.
Location: Merrimack, NH or Hybrid MA/NH based with flexibility to travel throughout New England to engage client accounts.
