Clinical Therapist for Children and Teens

$75-80/hr/W-2 Position
Treehouse Therapy is a child and teen specialty practice in Redlands, CA built around high-quality, play-informed care. We're a small, supportive team looking for a licensed clinician who genuinely loves working with kids, teens, and the families behind them. If that's you, we'd love to talk.
Minimum Qualification Requirements:
● Master’s Degree in counseling, marriage and family therapy, or social work
● Current and unrestricted license as an LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC in California
● Availability to hold at least 20 patient sessions per week
Other Qualification Preferences: The following points are preferred, but not required:
● Specialized training in Play Therapy.
● Specialized training in treating adolescent trauma (i.e. EMDR).
● Other specialized training with the child or adolescent population.

Job Duties and Responsibilities: The Clinical Therapist will be expected to perform the following duties, plus other duties as applicable:
● Perform intake assessments.
● Provide on-site mental health therapy for children and teens.
● Provide support to client’s parents/guardians/caregivers.
● Use evidence-based treatment methods to facilitate individual treatments.
● Create, maintain, and complete detailed and accurate documentation of patient information and treatment plans in a timely manner.
● We're a small team, so dependability and clear communication matter to us.
● Communicate respectfully and effectively with co-workers.
● Be properly licensed and abide by all laws, rules, regulations, and codes of ethics of licensure and of the facility.
● Respond to clients or their parents’ calls/emails within 24 hours.
● Keep the therapy room clean and organized.
Salary : $300
