Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable, Spanish-speaking House Manager / Family Assistant to support our household and assist with care for our two young children (ages 2 and 3). This role blends hands-on childcare with light household management and is ideal for someone who enjoys creating structure, calm, and consistency in a family home.
Spanish language exposure is important to our family, and the ideal candidate will naturally speak Spanish with the children during daily routines.
Responsibilities
Childcare
- Provide attentive care for toddlers (ages 2 and 3)
- Speak Spanish with children during play, meals, and routines
- Support meals, snacks, naps, and transitions
- Engage children in age-appropriate educational play, reading, and activities
- Maintain a safe, nurturing environment
- Household Management
- Laundry
- Light cooking and simple meal prep
- Light cleaning and tidying of common areas (kitchen reset, toys, play areas)
- Running errands (grocery shopping, returns, dry cleaning, etc.)
- Help maintain daily household organization and flow
Qualifications
- Spanish fluency
- Experience caring for toddlers (2–4 years preferred)
- Organized, dependable, and proactive
- Calm demeanor and strong multitasking skills

Pay: $23.99 - $28.89 per hour
