Job Description
Treefort Drop In is a licensed, flexible drop in care center for children 6 weeks to 8 years old. We are dedicated to our children and families and strive for our children to be independent thinkers through a play based learning environment.
We are seeking a Teacher who will be responsible for the care and development of children attending. In this role, you will work cooperatively with Treefort Drop In staff members and parents while ensuring a safe and educational environment for children ages 3 months to 11 years old.
Responsibilities
- Carry out curriculum, care activities and routines
- Interact with families on a daily basic
- Log child's daily info on Brightwheel app
- Assist with classroom’s general housekeeping
- Participate in required in-service trainings as required by NE State Licensing
Required Skills and Qualifications
- A love for working with children
- Effective communicator
- Ability to multi-task and manage multiple situations effectively
- CPR and First Aid Certified or willingness to obtain
