Job Requirements:
- Must have CDL class A or B.
- Must be able to lawfully work in the USA.
- Uphold a positive, forward thinking mindset: Must have a positive attitude toward coworkers, customers and everyone you encounter.
- Must be a proactive problem solver who contributes to a safe and productive day, ultimately leading to completing work ahead of schedule resulting in shorter work days.
What a normal day looks like:
- Pre-trip vehicle inspections at the shop.
- Arrive at the customers house, prepare the job site for all equipment and operations. Place yard protection mats, chainsaws, rigging and climbing gear, all trucks and equipment in the proper place.
- Execute the job. Process trees, wood and branches, operate chipper, assist climbers and other co-workers, chainsaw work, make sure the job site is safe and productive, run the chipper truck and log trucks to appropriate dump sites when needed.
- Complete job. Make sure the yard is cleaner than when we got there. Load and secure all equipment on trailers and in tool boxes. Dump any material on the way back to the shop. Ensure we are ready for the following work day.
- Go home and enjoy you well earned free time.
