Day to day as a HR Assistant
As a new HR Assistant at Tree Top, you can expect to engage in a variety of tasks that support our core values and mission. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include assisting with recruitment processes, maintaining employee records, and facilitating onboarding procedures. You will also help address employee inquiries, develop training materials, and ensure compliance with company policies. Your schedule will be Monday through Friday from 6:30 am to 3:30 pm. Additionally, you will collaborate with team members across departments, fostering a fun and supportive environment while contributing to our customer-driven focus.

Pay Information
Salary Range: $26.49 to $37.06/hr.
Target Starting Range: $26.49 to $31.25/hr
This range reflects the full pay scale for all roles within this position's grade. The actual salary offer will consider various factors, such as experience and, if applicable, location. Tree Top provides a bi-weekly payroll. This position is eligible for yearly incentive based on company performance.
