Licensed Structural Engineer
Location: Fond du Lac, WI

About the Opportunity
Tree Top Staffing is conducting a confidential search for a Licensed Structural Engineer on behalf of a well-established multidisciplinary engineering and design organization in the Fond du Lac area.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Perform structural engineering analysis, design, and system selection for a variety of projects
- Apply strong engineering judgment and code knowledge to develop practical, buildable solutions
- Use structural analysis and design software to support engineering deliverables
- Support projects involving existing buildings, retail and commercial facilities, and other diverse structural scopes
- Participate in project meetings and occasional site visits
- Collaborate with internal engineering and design teams
- Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and project teams
What They’re Looking For:
- PE license required
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or related discipline
- Minimum 8 years of experience, including relevant education
- Strong structural engineering fundamentals and working knowledge of applicable building codes
- Experience using engineering software for structural analysis and design
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of technical work
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Preferred Background
- Experience with existing buildings, assessments, renovations, or adaptive-use projects
- Experience with retail or commercial structural work
- Broad structural project exposure across multiple building types
- Healthcare structural experience is a major plus
- Interest in long-term growth and advancement opportunities
