What You’ll Be Doing
- Apply sound engineering principles to precast concrete design and project execution
- Support engineering work tied to precast systems, coordination, detailing, and project delivery
- Contribute to the design, review, and execution of precast-related projects
- Collaborate with internal designers, technicians, engineers, and project leadership
- Help ensure accuracy, quality, and constructability across precast-related work
- Support practical problem-solving and project coordination throughout the design process
What They’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering discipline
- Actual precast engineering experience strongly preferred
- Strong engineering fundamentals and the ability to work effectively in a specialized precast environment
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- A motivated, driven mindset with the ability to ask strong technical questions and contribute in a team setting
Preferred Background
- 1 year of real-world precast experience
- Experience in precast design, detailing, coordination, modeling, or project leadership
- 5 years of experience may align especially well with higher-level engineer paths
- Milwaukee-area precast experience or experience from similar precast consulting environments would be highly relevant
