Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Guide role at Tree To Tree Adventure Park, located in Farragut State Park. Guides will lead and oversee guests participating in zipline tours, obstacle courses, and team-building activities, ensuring safety and engagement throughout their experience. Responsibilities include equipment management, safety checks, providing clear instructions to participants, supporting guests during activities, and fostering a fun, adventurous environment. Additionally, Guides may assist with park setup and maintenance as needed.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for guiding and assisting guests
- Basic knowledge of safety protocols and ability to carry out equipment inspections
- Physical fitness and comfort working at heights
- Teamwork, adaptability, and a proactive attitude
- Customer service experience or skills in creating engaging and enjoyable experiences
- First aid or CPR certification is a plus
- Previous experience in outdoor adventure parks, climbing, or similar activities is beneficial
- High school diploma or equivalent
