This is a full-time on-site role for a Payroll Clerk located in Chatsworth, CA. The Payroll Clerk will be responsible for processing employee payroll, managing payroll records, ensuring compliance with payroll laws and regulations, and handling payroll-related tax filings. Additional tasks include assisting with timekeeping systems and employee inquiries regarding wages, deductions, and benefits.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Payroll Services, Payroll Administration, and Payroll Management
- Experience in Accounting and maintaining financial records
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively
- Familiarity with payroll software, Paychex, is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in payroll or accounting are advantageous
