Job Description
Tree of Life Exotic Pet Medical Center, is hiring a full-time receptionist (part-time also can be considered) to manage client interactions and support the team's commitment to compassionate care. Tree of Life Exotic Pet Medical Center is a privately owned veterinary hospital providing high-quality medical and surgical care exclusively for exotic pets in Phoenix, Arizona. As a one doctor practice, commitment to being a strong interpersonal collaborator is a must.The ideal candidate will excel in customer service and have strong communication and organizational skills.
Responsibilities
Duties include but are not limited to: answering phone calls, emails, coordinating appointments, collecting payment, document and maintaining client files,ensuring cleanliness in client areas, assisting other team members as needed.
Schedule Tuesday-Friday 8:30am-6pm, and Saturdays 8:30am-12pm
Qualifications
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to manage stressful situations with good judgment and a positive attitude.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- A team-first mindset and the ability to work both independently and with direction.
- A minimum of one year veterinary reception experience
