Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Program Oversight & Compliance
assist in coordinating and monitoring all Title I program activities in accordance with federal, state, and district requirements.
Ensure timely submission of reports, budgets, and required documentation from schools and staff.
Review and verify school-level Title I documentation for accuracy and compliance.
Organization & Staffing
Find teachers and support staff based on school needs.
Administrative Support
Develop, update, and distribute program schedules, calendars, and compliance timelines.
Communicate with teachers weekly or monthly to ensure they are up to date with paperwork.
