Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our dynamic team in,. Duties
- Conduct detailed diagnostic evaluations and intake assessments to determine client needs and eligibility for services.
- Develop, implement, and monitor evidence-based behavior intervention plans grounded in applied behavior analysis (ABA).
- Collect, analyze, and document data meticulously to track progress and inform treatment adjustments.
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, educators, and medical professionals to ensure comprehensive support and consistency across environments.
- Provide training and supervision to behavior technicians and staff on behavioral therapy techniques and data collection methods.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations by maintaining accurate medical records, documentation, and confidentiality of client information.
- Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in behavioral health, special education, and diagnostic evaluation.
Skills
- Proven experience in behavioral therapy, applied behavior analysis (ABA), and working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities.
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology, medical documentation standards, and HIPAA regulations related to patient care.
- Excellent skills in patient assessment, data collection, and progress monitoring within a clinical or educational setting.
- Ability to communicate effectively with diverse populations including families, educators, healthcare providers, and team members.
- Familiarity with diagnostic evaluation processes for autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and other developmental conditions.
- Demonstrated commitment to patient care with compassionate approach towards individuals with disabilities.
- Organized with attention to detail for accurate record keeping in medical records and treatment documentation.
