What You’ll Own & Drive
Sales & Customer Support
- Proactively generate leads through outbound calls and follow-up campaigns
- Prepare and send professional proposals
- Coordinate and manage multiple Sales Arborist calendars
- Deliver exceptional customer service on inbound calls
- Build strong customer relationships and confidently process payments
- Maintain a clean, accurate CRM database
Operations Support
- Support Sales Arborists with documentation, scheduling, and workflow coordination
- Ensure paperwork, permits, and internal processes are completed accurately and efficiently
- Monitor call quality and participate in coaching and training sessions
Support the Office and General Managers
- Act as a right-hand support to the OM& GM in daily branch operations
- Help track key metrics and ensure operational accountability
- Assist in implementing new systems, workflows, and process changes
- Identify inefficiencies and proactively suggest improvements
- Take the lead on rolling out process improvements across the branch
