Job Summary
- Tree Houdini is seeking a highly skilled and safety‑minded Tree Climber / Bucket Operator / Foreman to lead complex and hazardous tree removals. This role combines hands-on climbing and aerial operations to ensure work is executed efficiently, safely, and to our high standards.
Job description
- Lead & execute hazardous removals: Efficiently remove unstable, storm‑damaged, diseased, or hazardous trees using both climbing and aerial bucket trucks while maintaining safety zones and drop paths.
- Operate aerial lifts safely: Confidently manage bucket trucks for elevated access, strictly following safety protocols.
- Training & development: Mentor crew members in climbing techniques, safe rigging, gear care, and emergency tree rescue procedures.
- Client interaction: Conduct post-job walkthroughs—explain work performed, address client concerns, and uphold Tree Houdini’s professional service standards.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
