Role and Responsibilities:
As a Georgia Licensed Plant Health Care professional with Caldwell Tree Care, you'll be responsible for:
- Diagnose plant, shrub, and insect issues to recommend effective treatment plans.
- Oversee and perform pesticide, fertilizer, and Integrated Pest Management (IPM) applications.
- Ensure compliance with state and federal pesticide regulations in GA..
- Communicate with clients regarding treatments and long-term care strategies.
- Maintain accurate records and licensing documentation.
Qualifications and Requirements:
To excel in this role, you should have:
- A valid GA Pesticide license is required.
- Strong knowledge of many plant species, diseases, and pests.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and team members.
- A passion for environmentally conscious and sustainable integrated pest management (IPM).
- ISA, CTSP or other industry certifications preferred.
- Degree or coursework in horticulture, arboriculture, turf management or related field.
