Key Responsibilities: As a Licensed Plant Health Care Professional with Good Guys Tree, you’ll be responsible for:
- Conducting plant health assessments and diagnosing issues.
- Implementing targeted treatments for pests, diseases, and nutrient deficiencies.
- Applying environmentally responsible solutions in accordance with industry best practices.
- Collaborating with our expert team to ensure optimal tree and plant care.
- Maintaining accurate records and effectively communicating observations with clients.
Qualifications and Requirements: To excel in this role, you should have:
- A valid Texas Pesticide Applicator License (or willingness to obtain one).
- Strong knowledge of tree and plant species common to Texas, along with associated pests and diseases.
- Experience with integrated pest management (IPM) and environmentally responsible treatment methods.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and team members.
- A passion for sustainable plant health care practices.
