We’re a smaller, tight-knit crew focused on safety, precision, and professional jobsite execution — not production-line tree work. We’re growing and looking to add one reliable crew member who wants to grow with the company long-term.
Role Description removals & dismantling support • Riggi ng operations & rope work • Brush dragging & processing • Wood chipping operations • Aeria l lift ground support • Lot c learing & site work • Storm cleanupKeeping j Qualifications Equipment You’ll Work Around • Aerial lift devices • Vermeer wood chippers • Mini skid steers • Dump trucks & chip trucks • Professional rigging systems Mechanical aptitude is a major plus — we maintain and operate our own equipment daily. What We’re Looking For • Reliable & shows up ready to work • Valid driver’s license (CDL a plus) • Chainsaw experience preferred • Comfortable around heavy equipment • Not afraid of heights / tree work environment • Strong work ethic over résumé Arborist or climbing experience is welcomed but not required.
