Job Description:
We are seeking a Truck Driver - CDL - Local Runs to join our team You will be responsible for safely operating a flat bed or box truck with a capacity of at least 26,000 pounds Gross Vehicle Weight (GVW).
Responsibilities and Duties:
Individual will drive locally delivering pallets and crates.. Driver will be responsible for strapping down loads each day. There will be interactions with the customers on a regular basis, so good customer service sills are required. Driver is responsible for inspecting loads before each delivery and turning in delivery tickets and fuel logs each day. Must be available to work during the weekends as the business need dictates.
Job Requirements:
- Must have a class A CDL.
- Must be in good physical condition.
- A positive attitude and exceptional customer relations skills is a must.
- Experience in flatbed hauling and box trailer.
- Essential paperwork such as submitting Pre-trip inspections, fuel records and customer delivery tickets.
- Must have a good driving record.
Wage Range: per hour
