We are seeking a Product Manager to lead the development of an AI-powered decision-making intelligence platform for detecting and preventing fraudulent financial transactions using telecom data signals. This role sits at the intersection of telecom, financial services, and advanced analytics.
Key Responsibilities
- Define product vision, roadmap, and GTM strategy for fraud detection platform leveraging telco data (CDRs, device, network signals)
- Translate business needs into product requirements (PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria)
- Collaborate with data science, engineering, and fraud SMEs to build scalable, real-time decisioning systems
- Drive integration with banking/payment ecosystems (cards, UPI, wallets, etc.)
- Prioritize features balancing business impact, regulatory constraints, and technical feasibility
- Define KPIs (fraud detection rate, false positives, latency, model performance) and track outcomes
- Engage with stakeholders (Telco, Banking partners, Risk teams) to align on use cases and adoption
- Ensure compliance with data privacy, telecom regulations, and financial risk frameworks
Required Qualifications
- 8–12 years in Product Management, preferably in FinTech, Fraud, or Telco Analytics
- Strong understanding of fraud detection systems (transaction monitoring, AML, risk scoring)
- Experience with data-driven products, APIs, and real-time decisioning systems
- Familiarity with telecom data (CDRs, network events) and financial transaction flows
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in complex enterprise environments
Preferred
- Experience with AI/ML-based fraud platforms
- Exposure to Tier-1 telco or banking ecosystems
- Knowledge of regulatory frameworks (KYC, AML, GDPR, etc.)
