As an HR Specialist, you’ll play a key role in supporting our team and ensuring smooth HR operations. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with the recruitment process, from posting job openings to coordinating interviews.
- Managing employee records and ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Supporting onboarding and orientation for new team members.
- Assisting with employee engagement initiatives and maintaining a positive workplace culture.
- Providing administrative support for HR-related tasks and projects.
