Treatment Trends, Inc. (TTI) is a dedicated nonprofit organization with over 50 years of experience in supporting individuals facing substance use disorders. We strive to provide a comprehensive continuum of care through recovery-oriented services, including inpatient and outpatient treatment, MAT support, and various pathways to recovery.
Our mission is to empower individuals to find recovery, and in the process, heal community.
Treatment Trends Allentown Outpatient Program is looking for a part time receptionist that is service-orientated, friendly, organized and flexible, while handling daily interactions with our staff and our community.
Job requirements:
- Mondays – Fridays 10:00am-3:30pm, or similar
- Welcome visitors/clients by greeting them in person or on the telephone.
- Maintain daily operations by following policies and procedures.
- Collect co-pays and/or balances.
- Enter data into Electronic Health Record and into the PA WITS data system.
- Schedules, reschedules, and cancels appointments as necessary.
- Assist walk in clients by obtaining necessary information.
- Run daily EVS on clients scheduled to come in for the day.
- Support billing, by assisting with service verification and claim coding
- Bi-lingual a plus. Veterans welcome. EOE.
Part-time employees are eligible to participate in the TTI retirement plan, utilize the EAP, and after the second year of employment, earn PTO.
High School diploma or equivalent required.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
