Day in the Life of a Specimen Collector Facilitate the collection, processing, and shipping of urine specimens. Follow program policies to correctly identify the patient before any specimen is obtained. Demonstrate customer service and compassion when interacting with patients, physicians, and clinic staff. Responsible for providing excellent customer service checking in patients, receiving payments, and assisting in daily operations. Maintain friendly, professional attitude towards patients, offer a “white glove” experience. Provide an exceptional experience by guiding new patients through their intake process. Collect urine and saliva samples for patient drug screens as needed Maintains daily financial records and reports Coordinates with medical and clinical staff to coordinate intakes Provides clerical and logistical support Oversees patient accounts and financial responsibilities Education and Experience requirements At minimum, High School Diploma or GED required. CNA or CMA preferred Customer Service experience in a fast-paced environment preferred. Schedule Monday-Friday; 4:45am-12:45pm Rotating Saturday; 4:45am-8:30am Position Benefits Have a daily impact on many lives. Community events that promotes belonging and education.
