The Clinical Director will provide oversight and direction for an established company expanding services for Substance Use Disorder, including OP and IOP services. This role collaborates closely with executive leadership, operations, and direct care staff to ensure the delivery of high-quality clinical services. The Clinical Director supervises a small clinical team and reports directly to the Chief Operating Officer (COO), contributing to program development and ensuring regulatory compliance.
Responsibilities
- Provide clinical oversight and direction for substance use disorder services
- Develop and expand programs in alignment with company goals
- Supervise and mentor clinical staff to promote quality care
- Ensure compliance with Arkansas State Licensing Standards and CARF accreditation
- Implement policies and clinical training to maintain service excellence
- Lead quality assurance initiatives and collaborate with executive leadership
- Maintain adherence to ASAM Criteria and other clinical standards
- Support service expansion and continuous improvement efforts
Required Qualifications
- Arkansas Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and/or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
- Clinical Supervisor (CS) certification
Preferred Qualifications
- 3 years of experience in clinical supervision
- Experience with substance use disorder treatment and program development
- Knowledge of clinical compliance, ASAM Criteria, and CARF accreditation standards
- Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills

Salary : $60,000 - $90,000
