Starting Pay: $21 - $24/hour, depending on experience, plus shift differentials
Schedule: Monday - Friday 9 am - 5:30 pm

As a Care Counselor, you’ll play an integral role in supporting clients throughout their recovery journey while working alongside therapists, dietitians, nurses, and interdisciplinary care teams to create a safe, compassionate, recovery-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support client safety, emotional wellbeing, and daily recoveryfocused care
- Monitor client progress, behavioral observations, and documentation while communicating changes to the interdisciplinary care team
- Provide 1:1 support and assist clients during moments of distress or crisis
- Support meal and snack supervision as part of recoveryfocused treatment
- Help maintain a safe, structured, and supportive healing environment
- Transport clients to approved appointments or outings as needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record required
- Behavioral health experience preferred
- Current CPR/AED certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
