We offer in person sessions as well as options for Virtual sessions with our clients.

- Competitive base hourly compensation $45/hour (unlicensed) and $55/hour (Licensed).
- Additional monthly bonuses: for most of our therapists the bonuses increase the total average hourly rate to roughly $50 /Hour (unlicensed) and $60 / hour (Licensed).

Clinician Responsibilities:
- Client assessment, diagnosis and treatment planning
- Allowing our assistance in credentialing with insurance companies
- Keeping basic client notes and records through simple practice (streamlined note system keeps time minimal)
- Offering in person as well as virtual sessions
Qualifications and Requirements
- Clinical licensing
- Basic proficiency in computer use and client record keeping
- Communication skills and experience working with people
