What are the responsibilities and job description for the Care Assistant position at Treasured Ones Senior Living LLC?
Care assistants for 24-hour coverage of elderly. Day shift (AM) 6 am-2:00, evening shift (PM) 2:00-10 pm, NOC shift 10 pm - 6 am.
Provide smiles and compassionate care to senior residents at all stages.
Duties include assisting residents with personal care, assisting with activities of daily living, and ensuring residents' safety and well-being. This includes dressing, bathing, grooming, toileting, transferring, and any other assistance within the scope of practice of the job description, meal prep and serving, assistance with eating, and overall meal supervision, and general housekeeping and laundry services ensuring clean and safe living environment. Provide social support and interaction with recreational activities.
Medication assistance, pending regulated training and certification. Monitor and recognize health and behavioral changes, also based on regulated training and Administration support.
