What are the responsibilities and job description for the Daycare Teacher position at Treasured Kids Childcare, LLC?
Hi! At Treasured Kids Childcare, we believe that every child regardless of their needs deserves the best care we can possibly offer.
Staff members of Treasured Kids must be capable of time management, classroom management, be self motivated, reliable, and kindhearted with a passion for caring for the littlest among us. We are specifically searching for someone who adores working with children and is interested in pursuing early childhood education as a career. We are growing fast and need good quality staff that are ready to join the family and grow with us.
To qualify, you must:
Be 18 years or older.
Have high school diploma or GED.
Be able to pass a background check, medical exam, and drug screening.
Experience is not necessary. We are willing to train the right candidate. We encourage and assist our staff in pursuing their CDA credential and/or Degree in Child Development/Early Childhood Education.
Must be comfortable working with children as young as 6 weeks up to 12 years old. Must be friendly, caring, and love children. Will have to be comfortable and physically able to be on the floor playing with children, cuddling babies, and singing songs all day long.
Paid holidays after 60 days, and PTO/Sick Pay after 1 year.
Bonus opportunities based on performance and attendance.
Starting pay $10/hr. Pay raises offered based on job performance. If you show up and do your job, you will be treated well.
*Management opportunities are available within the company after 12 months of employment at our facility, depending on job performance throughout the 12-month period.
