Role Description The Clinical Research Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Boise, ID, responsible for supporting and managing day-to-day clinical trial activities. This includes coordinating participant screening and enrollment, obtaining and documenting informed consent, and ensuring adherence to study protocols and regulatory requirements. The role involves scheduling and conducting study visits, collecting and entering data accurately, maintaining study records, and monitoring participant safety. The coordinator will communicate regularly with investigators, sponsors, monitors, and clinic staff, assist with IRB submissions and regulatory documents, and help ensure studies run efficiently and in compliance with Good Clinical Practice and institutional policies.

Qualifications
- Ability to manage and document Informed Consent processes and ensure participant understanding and voluntary participation.
- Experience working with study Protocols, including implementing protocol requirements and maintaining protocol compliance.
- Strong Research skills, including data collection, documentation, and attention to detail in clinical study activities.
- Prior Clinical Research Experience with coordination of patient visits, regulatory processes, and study documentation.
- Familiarity with Clinical Trials, including timelines, regulatory oversight, and collaboration with sponsors and monitors.
- Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (GCP), HIPAA, and applicable regulatory guidelines.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams and study participants.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple studies and tasks.
- Proficiency with electronic data capture systems and basic computer applications (e.g., EHRs, spreadsheets, databases).
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in a health-related field, life sciences, or equivalent experience; certification in clinical research is a plus.
