Job Title: Personal Assistant / Medical Assistant / Office Coordinator
Location: Treasure Valley (Hybrid) & Office location in Eagle, ID

Role Summary:
Treasure Valley Direct Nurse Contracting LC is seeking a dynamic and driven individual to support our clinical operations, administrative tasks, and leadership team. This hybrid role requires a tech-savvy, bubbly multitasker who thrives in a fast-paced healthcare environment and is comfortable working directly with nurses, doctors, and other healthcare professionals.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a central support for business operations, medical coordination, and personal executive tasks
- Coordinate schedules, emails, and appointments for leadership and nursing teams
- Transcribe and manage medical orders, clinical documents, and forms accurately
- Assist with organizing care plans, medication updates, and compliance tracking
- Prepare professional documents and presentations using Microsoft Office & Google Suite
- Drive locally in the Treasure Valley for errands, pickups, and client-related tasks
- Act as the first point of contact for calls, emails, and vendor communications
- Help with in-office operations, filing, organizing, and maintaining supply inventory
- Maintain confidentiality and HIPAA compliance at all times
REQUIRED Skills & Qualifications:
- Knowledge of medical terminology and basic clinical workflows
- Proficient using Mac computers
- Comfortable with Email (Gmail or Outlook), Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Google Docs, Sheets, Drive
- Fast learner with new technology platforms (e.g. EMR, QuickMAR, remote apps)
- Excellent communicator — both written and verbal
- Highly organized, flexible, and capable of shifting priorities as needed
- Able to problem-solve independently, meet deadlines, and stay on task
- Strong with numbers, scheduling, and multi-platform management
- Friendly, bubbly personality with a strong presence and sense of humor
- Must be comfortable around patients, nurses, and medical providers
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for in-town driving (drive time is paid not mileage)
Bonus Points For:
- Experience in assisted living, hospice, home health, or clinical coordination
- Prior work with nurse-led or independent practices
- Scheduling or project management experience
- Familiarity with QuickBooks, Canva, or eFax platforms
