Job Summary/Purpose:

The Data Entry & Office Support Specialist is responsible for performing accurate and timely data entry while providing comprehensive administrative support to the office. This role includes assisting with product pricing, supporting the management of national accounts, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure effective workflow and customer service. The position requires strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

· Assist with the management of national accounts, including order tracking, issue resolution, account documentation, and preparation of reports.

· Serve as a liaison between internal departments to ensure account accuracy, timely communication, and coordinated workflow.

· Prepare, format, and distribute reports, presentations, and account-related communications for both internal and external stakeholders.

· Maintain organized filing systems, both electronic and physical, to ensure records are accurate and accessible.

· Provide general office support including answering phones, preparing correspondence, and assisting with administrative tasks as assigned.

· Uphold confidentiality and data integrity while handling sensitive information.

· Perform other duties as assigned to support departmental and organizational objectives.

· Support the development, validation, and maintenance of product pricing information in coordination with management and sales teams.

· Accurately enter, update, and maintain data in company systems, spreadsheets, and databases.

· Greeting visitors: Welcoming guests, announcing them, and directing them to the right person or office.

· Answering phones: Answering and forwarding calls, sending out service requests, and making calls on behalf of employees.

· Administrative tasks: Ordering office equipment, handling transcription, photocopying, printing, faxing, and basic filing and recordkeeping.

Required Education and Experience:

· High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree or coursework in business administration or related field preferred.

· Minimum of two (2) years of experience in data entry, administrative support, or office operations.

· Previous exposure to product pricing, sales support, or account management functions preferred.

Work Environment

· Primary work will be indoors in an office setting

· Business Casual dress, unless directed otherwise by the supervisor.
