About Us

At Treasure State Eye Care, we believe eye care should feel personal, professional, and positive.
Our team is known for using advanced technology, providing specialized dry eye care, and maintaining a friendly, family-first atmosphere where both patients and staff feel valued.

We’re growing—and we’re looking for an Optometric Technician who will be a key support to our doctors and clinical team, and an essential part of delivering an exceptional patient experience.

About the Role

We’re looking for an Optometric Technician to support our doctors and clinical team by assisting with patient care, diagnostic testing, and daily clinic operations. As an Optometric Technician, you’ll play a vital role in the patient experience—guiding patients through their visit, preparing them for exams, and supporting the optometrists throughout the day.

Your duties will include collecting patient histories, performing preliminary testing, updating electronic medical records, assisting during examinations, and helping maintain clean, organized exam and testing rooms. You’ll also support the front desk and clinical flow as needed to ensure the office runs efficiently.

To be successful in this role, you should have a positive, professional attitude, strong communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. You’ll need to stay calm, organized, and patient-focused—especially during busy clinic days—while working closely with the entire team.

Ultimately, your role is to help deliver exceptional eye care, ensure smooth clinical operations, and make every patient feel informed, comfortable, and well cared for.
