Retail Store Associate – Treasure Lilly Boutique
We’re looking for a friendly, reliable, and motivated Retail Store Associate to join our team at Treasure Lilly Boutique.
This is a fast-paced environment, so you need to be able to stay organized, move with urgency, and handle multiple tasks throughout the day. You’ll be interacting with customers, keeping the store looking great, and helping with both in-store and online orders.
Important:
You must be comfortable and confident working independently on Tuesdays and Sundays after training. Our store hours are 10-6 during the week and 11-5 on Sundays
You must also have reliable transportation.
What You’ll Do
- Greet customers and help them find what they need
- Provide great customer service and handle questions or concerns
- Ring up sales, returns, and basic cash handling through our POS system
- Recommend products and help customers put outfits together
- Keep the store clean, organized, and visually appealing
- Restock and maintain merchandise displays
- Help manage inventory and keep the floor easy to shop
- Fulfill online orders (picking, packing, and preparing shipments)
- Assist with product demos when needed
- Support daily store operations and jump in where needed
- Communicate professionally with customers and vendors
What We’re Looking For
- Retail experience is a plus, but not required
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic is a must
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and stay on task
- Strong communication skills and friendly personality
- Comfortable working independently (especially Tuesdays & Sundays)
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Basic math skills for transactions and inventory
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift moderate weight
- Leadership mindset is a bonus (but not required)
- Weekend availability
- Reliable transportation is required
