Specific Job Functions
- Welcome guests to the property and provides AAA four diamond service.
- Assist guests with basic property questions and provide guests with the information requested.
- Assist guests with safety deposit boxes.
- Assist guests with shipping and receiving packages, faxes, and mail.
- Assist guests with basic business needs such as supplies or access to the business service suite.
- Answer phone calls from guests and provide assistance when necessary.
- Perform all duties deemed necessary for the success of the department.
- Providing excellent customer service skills is required.
- Knowledge of basic office equipment including fax, copier, printers, keyboards and answering phones preferred.
- Previous business services or mail service experience preferred.
- Prior customer service experience is preferred.
- Previous cash handling experience is preferred.
- Must have open availability.
- Bilingual (Spanish) preferred.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
