What are the responsibilities and job description for the Clinical Supervisor/Therapist position at Treasure Health?
Treasure Health Systems is currently seeking to hire Clinical Intake Therapists & Supervisor interested in working part-time or full-time positions.
We provide wrap-around services, which include: Therapy, Psychiatry, Psychiatric Rehabilitation, and Mobile Treatment Services (MTS).
This position will perform thorough clinical assessments and evaluations for a wide array of populations, including children, adolescents, and/or adults who present with mental health, behavioral health, and/or substance use issues. This position is instrumental in orienting and educating clients and their families to available services and facilitating their engagement in such services.
Job Tasks Include (but are not limited to):
- Conduct initial clinical evaluations for all populations
- Formulation of clinical diagnoses
- Coordinate/engage clients to develop a person-centered treatment plan for services
- Utilize identified assessment instruments/tools
- Educate clients, family members, and community providers on mental health
- Provide individual, family, and group services periodically as needed
- Arrange referrals to external treatment domains or agencies, as needed
- Case management services, as needed
- Collaborate and effectively work with a multi-disciplinary team and all parties involved in
- working towards the client's identified goals
- Weekly, bi-weekly, or once a month individual and or family therapy sessions, as needed
- Development of Individual Treatment Plans (ITP's).
- Supervise Interns
Minimum Requirements Include:
- Master's Degree with Graduate Level License (LCPC, LCSW, LCSW-C, LCMFT, and LCADC).
- Previous work experience providing individual and family therapy.
- Previous work experience Providing therapeutic services in the community/Virtual services
