Definition

coverage; phone triage (call center) and in-person visits (responder), crisis care and provides
coverage to the inpatient units as needed and assigned. Provides care in Martin, St Lucie and
Okeechobee counties.

Qualifications
- Current and active Florida RN license.
- Must be Certified Hospice and Palliative Registered Nurse (CHPN) within 12 months.
- Current and valid Florida driver’s license and automobile insurance.
- Minimum of one (1) year RN experience with acute care experience, preferably in ER or as a

- Must be able to handle sensitive issues appropriately using sound judgment, maintain
- Must be able to effectively plan, organize and prioritize work.
- Must be self-directed and able to work independently in the field.
