Position Overview: We are currently seeking highly motivated individuals for an entry-level Sales Professional position. This role requires self-motivation and the ability to work independently. We are seeking ambitious individuals with a high drive, level-headedness under pressure, and a desire to excel. In our fast-paced and competitive work environment, our Sales Professionals are motivated to achieve sales quotas through commission-based compensation, which offers uncapped earning potential. This pay structure allows you to reap the rewards of your efforts directly and provides greater financial upside compared to a traditional salary-based pay scale. Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, referrals, networking, and industry events.
  • Educate potential clients about the benefits and advantages of diversifying into the precious metals market.
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand clients' investment goals, risk profiles, and preferences.
  • Present customized solutions and recommendations based on clients' unique needs, using the knowledge and training provided by the company.
  • Effectively communicate the value proposition of Treasure Coast Bullion Group's products and services to prospective clients.
  • Build and nurture client relationships by providing exceptional customer service and maintaining regular communication.
  • Meet or exceed sales quotas and performance targets consistently.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and product knowledge to effectively address client inquiries and concerns.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient processing of client transactions and orders.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and sales activities using the company CRM software.

Qualifications:

  • Ambitious and self-motivated individual with a strong desire to succeed in sales.
  • Ability to work independently and self-govern to meet targets and deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
  • High drive and resilience to perform well in a fast-paced and competitive sales environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Willingness to learn and apply the knowledge and training provided by the company.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required).
  • Previous sales experience or knowledge of the precious metals industry is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $105,000.00 - $500,000.00 per year
