TREALITY® SVS is looking for an IT Helpdesk Administrator to join our team and make a difference.
The IT Helpdesk Administrator will take care of day-to-day user/client issues for two locations, one in the US and one international. We also have some remote personnel. This will also be a great opportunity to grow in IT knowledge areas with the ability to gain experience in multiple areas. Currently the organization is in a Hybrid AD/Azure AD and moving purely to Azure AD. We predominantly utilize O365 ' Office, Sharepoint, Teams. We work in a secure environment with MFA and subject to controls defined in NIST 800-171 with the goal to be ISO-27001 certified.

Main Accountabilities
- Resolving client/PC issues predominantly with Windows 10/11 and Office
- Research and assist on vulnerability mitigation. ManageEngine vulnerability and Greenbone OpenVAS are used to discover vulnerabilities.
- Assist in reviewing user roles and permissions in Active Directory.
- Ensure tickets are logged in OSTicket.
- AutoPilot Client deployments and assisting remote users in performing and finalizing PC setups.
- Assist in evaluating Group Policy to be migrated to Intune.
- Collect Backup Tapes and ensure proper rotation.
- Write end-user documentation and knowledgebase articles.
- Must be a US Persons.
