Job Description
As the Financial Analyst, you will support our financial planning, analysis, and reporting processes and will work closely with the Senior Manager of Financial Planning and Analysis to gain valuable insights into financial modeling, forecasting and decision support.
What you will be responsible for:
- Performs financial analysis by collecting, monitoring and analyzing financial data to create models and support decision making.
- Completes financial reporting including develops and prepares monthly, quarterly, and annual corporate reports highlighting financial results and key performance metrics.
- Assists with financial planning including executing annual planning, forecasting, and capital budgeting.
- Performs financial modeling through developing financial models and overseeing data sources for analysis in support of organizational decision making.
- Conducts market research and analyzes industry trends and competitors.
- Develops and implements financial policies and procedures.
- Identifies and drives process improvements, including the creation of standard and ad-hoc analytics, reports, and tools.
- Participates in a variety of cross-functional projects as needed and collaborates with other departments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a closely related field
- Minimum of two (2) years’ experience as a financial analyst, sales analyst or closely related role required.
