We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Construction Project Engineer to lead and coordinate construction projects from inception to completion. Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive project schedules using software and other construction management software to ensure timely completion of all project phases.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients to facilitate smooth communication and project progression.
- Review blueprints, schematics, and contracts to verify project scope and technical accuracy.
- Monitor construction site activities to ensure adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, and design specifications.
- Manage procurement processes including construction estimating and subcontractor negotiations.
- Track project progress through regular site visits, progress reports and updates
- Assist in resolving on-site issues promptly by leveraging strong time management skills and construction site experience.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in construction management or as a Construction Project Engineer with a solid understanding of project scheduling and coordination.
- Proficiency in construction estimating tools and construction management software.
- Strong knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics, contracts, and construction site safety procedures.
- Experience with project management methodologies related to construction projects across various sectors.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with diverse teams
