Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Assistant Project Manager role based in Pittsburgh, PA. The Assistant Project Manager supports project planning, scheduling, and coordination across multiple commercial construction projects, ensuring materials, equipment, and subcontractors are monitored and aligned with project timelines. This role assists with document control, change orders, and progress reporting, while helping maintain safety, quality, and compliance standards on job sites. Daily responsibilities include expediting deliveries, tracking inspections, communicating with vendors and trade partners, and collaborating with project managers and field teams to resolve issues and keep projects on schedule and within budget.
