Essential Functions
- Safely operates tractor on government installation streets, roads, airfields, grounds on government property.
- Maintains high standards of safety, maintenance, and appearance by cleaning buildings/restrooms, cuts trees, plants/removes trees, and brushes.
- Operating tractor in a safe, efficient, and courteous manner.
- Cleaning and performing minor preventive maintenance to tractor.
- Removing litter and other debris from assigned areas as directed.
- Must be willing to do other manual labor work using: trimmer, blower, shovel, broom.
- Must be able to pass an airfield drivers test.
- Ability to safely and courteously operate the tractor on a daily basis.
- Remove landscaping rock annual removing dead leaves and debris; areas located trees, entryways and back dock area.
- Perform safety/maintenance equipment inspections.
- Performs other duties as directed by the Project Manager.
