Summary: The Superintendent will oversee all phases and participants in a construction project. Roles & Responsibilities:· Position every project for Owner success and Bobbitt success.· Accompany the Sales Team on sales interviews as needed.· Assist and collaborate with the Preconstruction Team for constructability and budget reviews.· Develop schedules and cost-effective plans for completion of any assigned project during Preconstruction and Construction.· Originate all Subcontracts and Purchase Orders in accordance with Bobbitt standards.· Develop a cost-effective plan for completion of an assigned project.· Coordinate and schedule the work activities of tradespeople, professionals, and laborers, communicating to and via project foreperson to deliver instructions and project assignments as appropriate.· Regularly inspect work for quality and timeliness; prepare and provide progress reports to owners and architects; make recommendations for necessary modifications.
