About the Role:
TRC is seeking a driven and relationship-focused Sales Representative to grow the Seattle Washington and Phoenix, Arizona This role is ideal for someone energized by networking, building client relationships, and developing a strong sales pipeline. You’ll work closely with leadership while maintaining the independence to build your own book of business.

Compensation & Benefits:
Base Salary: $70,000–$85,000
Uncapped Commission

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and grow relationships with clients in the Seattle Washington and Phoenix, Arizona commercial flooring/interiors market
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through networking, outreach, sampling, and client engagement
- Conduct field visits, client meetings, cold calls, and walk-ins to generate new business
- Manage accounts using Salesforce
- Partner closely with the Dallas Sales Lead (Jim), especially in the first 90 days
- Collaborate with internal teams in Georgia to support project success
- Represent the company with professionalism and enthusiasm
- Deliver quality-focused sales activity—prioritizing the right meetings and relationships vs. high call volume
Qualifications:
- 2–3 years of sales experience (commercial interiors or design background is a plus, not required)
- College degree is a plus but not required
