The HR Recruiter manages full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring. This role also supports HR functions such as onboarding, employee relations, and administrative tasks.
Responsibilities:- Lead end-to-end recruitment for multiple roles.
- Partner with managers on hiring needs and job descriptions.
- Manage ATS, job postings, and candidate pipelines.
- Conduct screenings, interviews, and assist with offers.
- Represent the company at hiring events.
- Support onboarding and basic employee relations.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws.
- Perform additional HR tasks as needed.
- 2 years of recruitment experience preferred.
- Bachelor’s in HR or related field preferred.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
- Experience in construction industry preferred.
- SHRM-CP or PHR certification a plus.
- Strong communication, time management, and ATS proficiency.
