TRC Fabrication is a structural steel and miscellaneous metals fabrication shop known for quality workmanship and a strong team environment. We are looking for a skilled Fabricator/Welder who takes pride in producing accurate, high-quality work.
Pay: $21.95-$26,40 hour DOE (based on experience and skill level)
What You’ll Do:
- Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and specifications
- Perform MIG welding and fabrication of structural and miscellaneous steel
- Operate fabrication equipment and power tools safely and efficiently
- Maintain quality standards and meet production expectations
Requirements:
- 2 years of fabrication/welding experience preferred
- Proficiency in MIG welding (flux-core experience a plus)
- Ability to read and work from shop drawings
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Dependable and self-motivated
Hiring Process:
