Electronics Assembler

POSITION SUMMARY

Entry-Level Assembler plays a critical role in delivering a seamless, reliable, and high-quality fulfillment experience for our customers and suppliers. This role supports Value-Add Operations by executing precise product assembly, assisting with repairs, and ensuring production readiness within our ERP-driven workflow. This role will work closely with technicians and cross-functional teams to support testing, repairs, and continuous process improvement.

PERFORMANCE OBJECTIVES

Assembly Execution & Quality

• Execute product assembly by following documented work instructions and assembly guidelines with a high level of accuracy
• Ensure all finished goods meet TRC quality standards and customer requirements
• Identify and escalate any discrepancies, missing components, or quality concerns in real time

Value-Add & Repair Support

• Process returned products for repair, including intake, inspection, and documentation
• Support technicians with testing, troubleshooting, and repair activities to improve turnaround time and customer satisfaction

Production Readiness & ERP Alignment

• Proactively identify production orders ready for assembly within ERP
• Ensure all required materials, components, and documentation are available prior to starting production

Process Standardization & Continuous Improvement

• Assist in developing and refining assembly guidelines for new and existing products
• Contribute ideas to improve efficiency, reduce errors, and support scalable Value-Add operations
• Support standardization efforts to ensure repeatable and reliable processes

Operational Excellence & Workplace Organization

• Maintain a clean, organized, and audit-ready workspace aligned with TRC operational standards
• Follow all safety procedures and contribute to a disciplined, high-performance work environment

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• High School Education or GED
• Capable of reading and comprehending assembly guidelines
• Experience working with team members across multiple levels
• Assembly: 1 year (Preferred)

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Prolonged periods standing up.
• Requires ability to occasionally lift up to 50lbs

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $22.00 per hour
